Paris Saint-Germain are close to sealing the deal for Maghnes Akliouche. According to the latest information from Fabrice Hawkins, a full agreement has been reached between the Parisian club and AS Monaco for a transfer estimated at 50 million euros.
The French international must now undergo his medical examination before committing to five seasons with the European champions.
A profile tailor-made for Luis Enrique's project
This signing is in line with Luis Enrique's desire to strengthen his attacking department with a young, versatile player already proven in Ligue 1. Able to play across the entire attacking front, Akliouche is coming off several convincing seasons in Monaco colours and has established himself as one of the greatest talents in French football.
A major operation for both clubs
For Monaco, this sale represents one of the most significant of the summer. On the Parisian side, it confirms a resolutely ambitious transfer window, focused on high-potential profiles.
Barring any last-minute turn of events, Maghnes Akliouche should very soon be joining a Parisian squad already rich in attacking quality.
