The file on Paris Saint-Germain's future stadium is entering a decisive phase. While the club continues its feasibility studies, the three options still under consideration will undergo a fresh review in mid-October: Poissy, Massy and the Parc des Princes.
Three steering committees scheduled in October
In Poissy, the next steering committee is scheduled for October 13. Three days later, on October 16, it will be Massy's turn. The meeting dedicated to the project to expand the Parc des Princes should also take place during that same week, although its exact date has not yet been set.
These meetings do not yet represent PSG's final choice. They are meant to allow further examination of the feasibility of the various projects, particularly regarding infrastructure, transport and how the future stadium would fit into its surrounding environment.
Three scenarios, three different logics
- Poissy: the presence of the PSG Campus is a particular argument in favour of this site.
- Massy: a project located in the Tuilerie area.
- Parc des Princes: the option allowing the club to keep its historic home ground, through an expansion rather than a move.
A decision expected before the end of 2026
The timeline is therefore becoming increasingly concrete. PSG still hopes to reach a decision before the end of 2026. After several months of studies and discussions with the various local stakeholders, October's committees could provide new elements to help decide between the three scenarios.
The future of the Parisian stadium is now being decided as much on the ground of feasibility as on that of the club's ambition.
